Role Overview:
The
Business Development Associate (BDA)
plays a pivotal role in driving the company's growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and ensuring the achievement of sales targets. The ideal candidate will be proactive, persuasive, and capable of understanding market needs to position our products and services effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify, target, and engage
coaching classes and bookstores
within the assigned territory.
Prospect and pursue
new business opportunities
to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Generate, qualify, and maintain a robust sales pipeline
through lead generation, cold calls, field visits, and networking.
Conduct
market research
to analyze trends, competitors, and customer needs.
Build and nurture
long-term client relationships
through consistent communication and personalized follow-ups.
Understand client requirements and offer
tailored product or service solutions.
Act as a
trusted advisor
to clients by offering insights, recommendations, and updates.
Share market feedback with
marketing and product teams
for continuous improvement.
Maintain
accurate and timely sales reports
, tracking performance against targets.
Analyze sales metrics and implement
strategies for performance improvement.
Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development) to ensure a
cohesive client experience.
Work closely with colleagues to share
best practices and market insights.
Deliver
exceptional post-sales support
, ensuring client satisfaction and long-term retention.
Address and resolve
client issues promptly
and effectively.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree (MBA/PGDM preferred) in
Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
2-5 years
of experience in business development, sales, or a related customer-facing role.
Experience in
Education, Publishing, or allied industries
will be an added advantage.

Ability to
