to establish a nationwide network of medical and surgical oncology facilities.

Starting in Delhi and Mumbai

, Everhope plans to expand to 10 cities over the next three years, bringing expert-led early diagnosis, daycare chemotherapy, and surgical oncology to locations where patients need them most.

India faces a growing cancer burden, with over 150 million people expected to be diagnosed in their lifetime. Everhope is tackling this challenge head-on by creating strategically located centers that eliminate the logistical and emotional barriers to care.

Location:

Mumbai (Field-intensive role across Ghatkopar, Thane, Andheri)

Reporting to:

Business Development Head, Growth & Marketing

Key responsibilities:

Build and maintain relationships with

GPs and external doctors

to drive referrals Conduct

daily field

visits and weekly engagement follow-ups Ensure

brand presence

through local events, awareness drives, and CMEs Track and report referral flow, doctor engagement quality, and conversion metrics Collaborate with

marketing and operations

to optimise the referral-to-surgery funnel

Performance targets:

Requirements

1-5 years of experience in

field sales or hospital marketing

preferred Background in pharma, diagnostics, or hospital

referral roles

is ideal Comfortable with local travel and fieldwork;

two-wheeler preferred

Goal-driven

with strong reporting discipline
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
