We are seeking a dedicated and results-driven Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team at V81. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with assigned customers, ensuring their needs are met, while also generating new sales opportunities. This role requires exceptional communication and reporting skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively to achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:



Customer Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong relationships with assigned customers, understanding their needs, preferences, and challenges.

Customer Visits:

Visit assigned customers regularly to understand their evolving requirements and ensure customer satisfaction with regularly updating customer feedback in software.

New Sales Generation:

Identify and pursue opportunities to expand sales within existing accounts, as well as proactively generate sales, every month sales Executive has to travel 10-15 days out of Surat to reach customer who are based outside Surat.

Product Knowledge:

Develop a deep understanding of our products and services to effectively communicate their benefits and convincing solutions to customer needs.

CRM Reporting:

Accurately and consistently update the CRM system with customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data to provide actionable insights for sales strategy.

Market Research:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to identify opportunities for business growth.

Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and ensure a unified approach to customer management and new sales generation.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications. Strong organizational and time management skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
