Key Responsibilities:



Identify and onboard new B2B/B2C customers for telecom products and services. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets through field visits and client interactions. Conduct product demonstrations, explain service plans, and handle customer queries. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Prepare daily visit reports, sales updates, and maintain accurate documentation. Coordinate with internal teams for service activation, issue resolution, and customer support. Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and provide inputs for business growth. Ensure timely follow-up with leads to close deals efficiently.

Requirements:



Minimum 4 years of field sales experience in Telecom or related industry. Strong negotiation, communication, and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently and meet performance targets. Willingness to travel extensively for client meetings. Good understanding of telecom products, plans, and customer needs. Basic knowledge of MS Office and reporting tools.
