Task Title - MT Lead Generation Task Description - Festival Season is approaching. Organisations follow the custom of giving gifts to both their internal team and also to their clients/customers. Metro, through these candidates would like to reach out to these organisations and provide them with customisable gifts options. Candidate Profile - Graduate Freshers/MBA Trainees. should have good communication skills, Two Wheeler Mandatory Only Male Profiles. Duration - The Project is for a period of 45- 60 days Reporting time is 9:00 am. The working hours is 9 hours daily with a break of 1 hour in between, which can be broken up in 30+15+5 miutes. The Candidate is entitled to 1 day off per week (Saturday/Sunday) If the candidate wants to take a leave, a 2 day prior intimation/approval has to be done and informed to both Metro &; Gig4u. Task Requirement - The candidates have to report to the regional office of Metro in that city in the morning before starting their work. The candidate has to mark-in the attendance on the gig4u app and also inside the store with Metro. Initially the candidate will be given a brief training from Metro, Metro will also be assisting the candidates on the first day, giving a first hand expereince of how to deal with the client. The candidate has to approach the customers and make the sales pitch. The Candidates has to make a minimum of 8-9 productive visits per day from the target list of customers provided. The candidate must have a two wheeler. The candidate has to report back to metro office after entire days work to submit the feedback. This exercise will be done for intial few weeks. The payout will be in a fix + Variable model. Candidates will be getting a fixed daily wage. They will also be entitled to an incentive on achieving a minimum sales target of Rs. 1,50,000.
