We are seeking a motivated and target-driven

Field Sales Executive

for the steel industry. The candidate will be responsible for generating sales, developing dealer networks, visiting clients, and ensuring consistent product demand and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and visit potential clients, contractors, builders, fabricators, and dealers Generate new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients Promote steel products (TMT bars, coils, sheets, structural steel, etc.) Prepare and submit daily sales reports, visit reports, and market feedback Coordinate with dispatch, accounts, and production teams for order processing Monitor competitor activities and market trends Handle client queries and provide appropriate product information Ensure timely collection of payments from customers

Qualifications & Skills

Minimum 1-3 years of field sales experience (steel industry preferred) Good communication and negotiation skills Ability to build strong customer relationships Must be comfortable with daily field visits Own two-wheeler preferred Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp communication, and reporting
