Who Fits This Role
Minimum
1 year field sales experience
(solar, real estate, insurance, FMCG preferred)
Confident communicator
Ownership mindset (no spoon-feeding)
Problem solver, not product pusher
Comfortable with daily field travel
Stable for 1-2 years
