Role Objective:
To drive on-ground sales, customer acquisition, and brand visibility across assigned territories. The role demands proactive outreach, relationship building, and consistent achievement of sales targets through field engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
On-Ground Sales Execution
Conduct door-to-door visits, retail outlet onboarding, and product demonstrations
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets across assigned districts
Territory Management
Map and segment local markets for outreach and lead generation
Maintain updated records of customer interactions and sales closures
Customer Relationship & Retention
Build rapport with retailers, distributors, and end-users
Address queries, resolve issues, and ensure repeat business
Reporting & Compliance
Submit daily sales reports, route plans, and market feedback
Ensure adherence to company policies, pricing, and promotional guidelines
Brand Promotion & Visibility
Support in executing local campaigns, activations, and product launches
Ensure proper branding at retail touchpoints
Qualifications & Skills:
Minimum 12th pass; Graduate preferred
1-3 years of field sales experience in FMCG, agri-retail, telecom, or rural commerce
Fluent in local languages (Tamil, Kannada, Telugu) and basic English
Must own a two-wheeler with valid driving license
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel extensively and work in rural/semi-urban areas
