Key Responsibilities:
Engage with parents, students, and visitors on campus to explain and promote school services/products.
Support the admissions/enrollment team by handling inquiries and providing detailed information.
Assist in organizing and promoting school events, fairs, and exhibitions.
Maintain accurate records of inquiries, leads, and conversions.
Provide after-sales support and address parent/student concerns effectively.
Collaborate with the school administration and marketing team for campaigns and promotions.
Prepare regular reports on sales activities, inquiries, and achievements.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
0-2 years of sales or customer service experience (freshers may also apply).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong customer service and persuasion abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace for reporting.
Positive attitude, well-groomed, and approachable personality.
