We are hiring Field Sales Executives to promote and grow our B2B sales network across mobile shops.

Responsibilities:

? Visit different mobile shops daily.

? Present our company pitch and product range to shop owners.

? Collect and share visiting card photos, GPS location, and shopkeeper details daily.

? Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers.

? Share regular product updates and offers with shopkeepers via WhatsApp.

? Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure timely delivery follow-ups.

Sales Pitch Example:

> "Hello, I am Prashant, Sales Executive at The Collection KB. Our company is based in Delhi and has been doing mobile accessories business since 2018. We were top sellers on Udaan and have now launched our own website -- www.thecollectionkb.com -- where you can buy over 400 products in one place. Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹15,000 per month

Conveyance Allowance: ₹3,000 per month

Monthly Target: ₹5,00,000

Incentive:

If total sales exceed ?5 lakh ? 2% incentive on total delivered order sales

If below ?5 lakh ? no incentive

Work Details:

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Weekly Off: Sunday

Timings: Field Job (Flexible as per shop timings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?18,000.00 per month
