We are hiring a

Field Sales Executive

for our Siliguri branch. The role involves generating new leads, meeting residential & commercial clients, explaining pest control services/AMC plans, and achieving sales targets.

Salary:

?15,000 - ?50,000 (based on performance & experience)

PF, ESI, Travelling Allowance

Responsibilities:

Identify & approach new customers. Promote pest control services and close sales. Achieve monthly targets & maintain reports. Coordinate with operations team for service delivery. Build & maintain client relationships.

Requirements:

1-5 years sales/marketing experience preferred. Strong communication & negotiation skills. Self-motivated, target-oriented. Local candidates from Siliguri preferred.
