Job Description

Identifying potential clients and customers for Paytm services. Effectively communicating the benefits of Paytm solutions. Achieving sales targets and fostering strong client relationships.

Lead Generation & Market Visits

: Plan and schedule market visits to identify potential clients and generate leads for Paytm's products and solutions.

Achieve Sales Targets

: Meet and exceed sales goals across multiple payment solutions, including QR codes, Sound Boxes, EDC/card swipe machines, point-of-sale software, insurance, and other financial products.

Product Deployment

: Deploy Paytm's innovative products at client locations, explaining their benefits and sharing best practices to maximize usage and customer satisfaction.

Customer Satisfaction & Retention

: Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction to drive better sales conversions and client retention, contributing to the success of Paytm's customer-oriented approach.

Market Feedback & Competitor Insights

: Regularly collect feedback from the market to improve existing offerings and provide insights on competitor activities for product enhancements.
