Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new B2B sales opportunities across hospitality, retail, wellness, and corporate sectors.
Conduct field visits to prospective clients, deliver product demonstrations, and promote scent marketing solutions.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships for long-term business growth.
Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to create tailored scent solutions.
Provide accurate sales forecasts and maintain CRM records.
Participate in events, exhibitions, and networking activities to expand business reach.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B, FMCG, or service-based industries.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in fragrance or sensory marketing solutions.
Existing network in hospitality, retail, or spa/wellness industries.
Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting.
