Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Field Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales and providing exceptional customer service while representing our brand in the field. This role requires strong negotiation skills and the ability to communicate effectively with clients to foster lasting relationships. The Field Executive will also be responsible for managing their time efficiently and ensuring that all tasks are completed in an organised manner.

Duties

Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients through regular visits and follow-ups. Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and assess customer needs. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction. Prepare reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market trends for management review. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-up actions in the company's IT systems. Manage time effectively to meet deadlines and achieve sales targets while maintaining a high standard of quality in all interactions.

Skills

Strong negotiation skills with a proven track record in B2B sales. Excellent driving skills with a valid driving licence. Exceptional customer service abilities, ensuring client satisfaction at all times. Effective communication skills in English, both verbal and written, to engage with diverse clientele. Proficient IT skills for managing databases, reporting tools, and communication platforms. Strong time management skills to prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organisational skills to maintain accurate records and manage multiple client accounts efficiently.
