Key Responsibilities:
Visit retailers, mechanics, and workshops regularly to promote Royal Enfield spare parts.
Generate sales leads and build long-term customer relationships
Conduct field visits to identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
Ensure timely follow-up on customer requirements and order collections.
Coordinate with warehouse/store for product availability and delivery.
Collect payments as per company policy and ensure proper documentation.
Monitor competitor activities and provide market intelligence.
Support in organizing promotional campaigns and product demonstrations.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Proven field sales experience in spare parts/automobile industry (Royal Enfield preferred).
Strong knowledge of two-wheeler spare parts and accessories.
Excellent communication, persuasion, and relationship management skills.
Ability to work independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Qualifications:
Graduate/Diploma in any discipline (preferred).
1-2 years of experience in field sales (automobile spare parts).
Male candidate with a valid two-wheeler license and own vehicle (mandatory).
