Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven
Field Sales Executive
to promote and expand the market presence of
SUNCASA
, a premium stainless-steel cookware and kitchenware brand by Suncity Group. The role involves meeting retailers, distributors, modern trade stores, and field partners to drive sales, open new counters, and strengthen brand visibility across Jodhpur and nearby regions.
Key Responsibilities1. Sales & Business Development
Identify and onboard new retailers, wholesalers, and distributors for SUNCASA steel utensils.
Achieve monthly sales targets and ensure high product placement in assigned territories.
Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities, pricing, and product offerings.
Maintain and grow business with existing trade partners through consistent follow-ups.
2. Product Promotion & Merchandising
Demonstrate product features, quality, and benefits to dealers and customers.
Ensure proper product display, branding material placement, and visibility at retail counters.
Collect and share field insights to improve product offerings and marketing strategies.
3. Order Management & Coordination
Generate orders from retailers and coordinate with the internal team for timely dispatch.
Track stock levels, ensure adequate availability, and avoid out-of-stock situations.
Maintain accurate records of orders, payments, and outstanding balances.
4. Market Intelligence
Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and customer preferences.
Provide feedback on pricing, competitor strategies, and product performance.
5. Customer Relationship Management
Build long-term relationships with dealers and trade partners.
Resolve customer complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
Support in running in-store promotions, sampling drives, and product awareness campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications Education
Minimum:
Graduate (Any Stream)
Preferred:
BBA / MBA in Marketing
or related field.
Experience
1-3 years
of field sales experience (FMCG, kitchenware, steel utensils, appliances preferred).
Freshers with strong communication and interest in field sales may also be considered.
Skills
Strong communication and presentation abilities.
Good negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and manage field schedules.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp CRM, and reporting tools.
Two-wheeler with a valid driving license (preferred).
