We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Field Sales Executive to drive OTC product sales through canopy setups, camps, and on-ground promotional activities. The role involves direct customer interaction, product demonstrations, and achieving daily/weekly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and manage canopy/camp stalls at allocated locations.
Engage customers, explain product features, and promote OTC products.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain stock levels and ensure proper display of products.
Collect customer feedback and share market insights.
Ensure canopy branding, hygiene, and compliance with company guidelines.
Submit daily sales reports and activity updates.
Requirements:
0-2 years of field sales or direct sales experience (FMCG/OTC preferred).
Strong communication and customer-handling skills.
Willingness to travel, stand for long hours, and work in outdoor environments.
Energetic, confident, and target-oriented.
Minimum qualification: 12th pass/Graduate.
