About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic

Door-to-Door Sales Executive

to promote and sell our solar products directly to customers. The role requires face-to-face interaction, lead generation, and closing sales to support our business growth in the renewable energy sector.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct door-to-door visits to generate leads and convert prospects into customers. Present and explain solar solutions to homeowners and businesses. Build and maintain strong customer relationships. Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Collect market feedback and report to the sales manager. Participate in promotional activities, campaigns, and events.

Requirements:

2-4 years of experience in field/door-to-door sales (Solar preferred). Strong communication and convincing skills in Hindi & English. High energy, self-motivated, and target-driven. Ability to work independently and in a team. Willingness to travel locally within Jaipur and nearby areas.

Education:

Any Graduate with relevant field sales experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹9,197.41 - ₹30,277.85 per month
