We're looking for a dynamic and driven Field Sales Executive to join our growing team. If you thrive on meeting new people, closing deals, and being on the move, this role is tailor-made for you. You'll be the face of our brand, responsible for building relationships, driving revenue, and expanding our customer base in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities
Travel within assigned territory to meet potential clients and promote products/services
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through direct selling and lead conversion
Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demos
Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline updates
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order processing and customer satisfaction
Represent the company at trade shows, events, and promotional activities
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
1-3 years of field sales experience, preferably in [industry]
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and comfortable working independently
Willingness to travel extensively within the region
Familiarity with CRM tools and basic reporting
