Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail shops and local businesses daily to pitch printers and software solutions
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Demonstrate product features through live demos
Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
Maintain records of visits, leads, and conversions
Build strong customer relationships and ensure follow-ups
Collect market insights and competitor activities from the field
Coordinate with the internal team for installations and support
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass (Graduate preferred)
1-3 years of experience in field sales (B2B, FMCG, or electronics preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must own a two-wheeler and a smartphone
Basic understanding of printers, billing software, or POS systems
Willingness to work on the ground and meet new customers daily
Knowledge of local area/market is a big plus
