Identify and approach potential customers including interior designers, contractors, architects, builders, and retailers in the assigned territory.
Promote and sell furniture products, including modular kitchen solutions, plywood, laminates, and hardware.
Conduct regular field visits and site meetings to understand customer requirements.
Prepare and present quotations and follow up to convert leads into orders.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to encourage repeat business.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by the management.
Provide market feedback regarding competitors, pricing, and customer preferences.
Coordinate with the production and delivery teams to ensure timely execution of orders.
Maintain daily sales reports and update CRM or sales tracking tools regularly.
Required Skills and Qualifications
:
Minimum 2-4 years of field sales experience
strictly in the furniture industry
.
Good knowledge of furniture materials, hardware, and modular fittings.
Strong negotiation and communication skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven.
Ability to travel extensively within the territory.
Basic proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email).
Minimum qualification: Graduation in any stream.
