We are looking for a seasoned and proactive Field Sales Executive with at least 4 years of experience in outbound and inbound sales within the hospitality or entertainment industry. The ideal candidate will be tech-savvy, target-oriented, and comfortable managing end-to-end client acquisition and engagement -- from lead generation to post-sale coordination, including attending client meetings on a regular basis.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage outbound and inbound calls for individual, group, and corporate bookings
Attend regular on-site or virtual meetings with clients to understand and close their event requirements
Run targeted campaigns via emailers, WhatsApp blasts, and SMS using tools like Mailchimp, WATI, Zoho, etc.
Build and maintain relationships with corporates, schools, event agencies, and walk-in clients
Maintain proper lead tracking and pipeline management through CRM software
Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to deliver client expectations smoothly
Achieve weekly/monthly sales targets and prepare reports for management
