We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive with experience in the Food or Spices industry. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge, good communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain customer relationships in their assigned region. We will give a region near the candidate's hometown so they can travel for 15-20 days and then can work from home for other days.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle sales and distribution in the assigned region.
Visit clients, retailers, and distributors regularly (15-20 days of travel per month).
Develop new business opportunities and achieve monthly sales targets.
Promote and increase market presence of our products in the food/spices category.
Maintain strong customer relations and ensure client satisfaction.
Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support business strategy.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Food, Spices, or FMCG field sales.
Good knowledge of spices products and market trends.
Willingness to travel extensively (15-20 days a month).
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
Self-motivated and target-driven individual.

Education:

Graduate
Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 per month

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
