We are looking for an energetic and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our real estate sales team. The ideal candidate should have at least
1 year of field sales experience
in
Education, Real Estate, Finance, or Insurance
, with strong communication and customer-handling skills. The role involves site visits, lead generation, and closing property deals.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads through field sales activities, site visits, referrals, and channel partners
Conduct property presentations and explain project details to potential clients and channel partners
Arrange and coordinate site visits with customers
Follow up with leads and maintain strong customer relationships
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
Maintain accurate records of client interactions and sales activities
Coordinate with the CRM and internal sales team for smooth closures
Provide market feedback and competitor analysis to management
Requirements & Skills:
Minimum
1 year of field sales experience
in
Education, Real Estate, Finance, or Insurance
Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Comfortable with outdoor fieldwork and client and channel partners meetings
Target-oriented and self-motivated personality
Basic knowledge of real estate sales is an added advantage
Ability to build trust and long-term client relationships
Must own a two-wheeler and Laptop/Tablet/IPad (preferred)
