KRA: Task / Activities
Attend to walk-in customers and explain project features, legalities, and benefits.
Conduct site visits and ensure professional presentation of the property.
Generate leads through local promotions, references, and field activities.
Maintain accurate client follow-up and sales tracking records.
Coordinate with back-office and sales teams for documentation and deal closures.
Achieve monthly sales targets as per company goals.
KPI: Performance Metrics
Monthly plot sales achievement
Conversion ratio of walk-ins to closures
