Role Summary



Responsible for handling customer visits, explaining project details, and converting walk-ins into sales. The role involves end-to-end site management and ensuring customer satisfaction during the sales process.

KRA: Task / Activities



Attend to walk-in customers and explain project features, legalities, and benefits. Conduct site visits and ensure professional presentation of the property. Generate leads through local promotions, references, and field activities. Maintain accurate client follow-up and sales tracking records. Coordinate with back-office and sales teams for documentation and deal closures. Achieve monthly sales targets as per company goals.

KPI: Performance Metrics



Monthly plot sales achievement Conversion ratio of walk-ins to closures Lead follow-up efficiency Customer satisfaction and repeat references

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
