Job Description

We are hiring a proactive Field Sales Executive - Rentals to handle residential and commercial rental properties. The role focuses on tenant acquisition, property showings, rent negotiation, and closing rental agreements while maintaining strong relationships with property owners and tenants.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads for rental properties (homes, apartments, villas, shops, offices) Conduct property visits and showings with prospective tenants Understand tenant requirements and match them with suitable rental properties Coordinate with property owners/landlords to onboard new rental listings Negotiate rent, deposit, and lease terms between owners and tenants Ensure timely closure of rental agreements Assist in basic documentation and agreement coordination Maintain follow-ups with tenants and landlords Update daily activity reports and rental lead status Stay informed about local rental market trends and pricing

Requirements & Skills:

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills Comfortable with fieldwork and client meetings Basic knowledge of rental processes and agreements (preferred) Ability to handle multiple site visits daily Customer-focused and target-oriented

Educational Qualification:

Minimum: 10+2 / Diploma / Any Graduate
