Job Description

We are hiring a Field Sales Executive for our Raipur location. The role involves on-ground client acquisition, lead generation, and closing sales. Ideal for individuals who enjoy direct customer interaction and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct field visits to identify and acquire new customers Promote and sell financial products/services Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, and field activity Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets Build and maintain strong client relationships Provide regular sales updates and reports to the manager Attend training sessions and team meetings

Candidate Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline 2+ year of experience in field sales (Insurance/BFSI preferred) Excellent communication and persuasion skills Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license Goal-oriented and self-driven
