Job Description

Handling Sales & Marketing activities for the residential projects in Purnia. Carrying out pre-sales and post-sales activities to ensure the accomplishments of projected sales targets. Innovation and execution of various lead generation activities. Conduct lead generation campaigns in OFF/ ONLINE mode. Identify customer needs and provide solutions through the comapny's product & services. Preparing daily, weekly, monthly MIS of nature of activities. Meet & Exceed sales target by the organisation. Attending the sales training & property tours to assist the buyers. Finish additional tasks & responsibilities as needed.
