Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development: Identify and generate leads, pitch printing and packaging solutions to potential clients, and close deals to meet sales targets.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and long-term partnerships.
Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs in the printing and packaging industry to tailor solutions effectively.
Product Knowledge: Develop a thorough understanding of the company's products (e.g., offset printing, labels packaging, etc.) to represent them confidently.
Negotiation and Pricing: Negotiate costs, specifications, and delivery timelines with clients while ensuring profitability for the company.
Order Management: Track sales orders, coordinate with production and supply chain teams, and ensure timely delivery of products.
Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prepare reports, and update CRM systems for forecasting and performance tracking.
Event Representation: Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products and services.
Skills and Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. A diploma in printing and packaging technology is a plus.
Experience: 2-5 years of sales experience, preferably in the printing, packaging, or related manufacturing industries.
Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Proven sales and negotiation abilities.
o Knowledge of printing and packaging processes (e.g., offset, labels printing).
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
o Ability to analyze market trends and competitor strategies.
