We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused

Field Sales Executive

to promote and sell pest control services in

Lucknow

. The ideal candidate should be eager to learn, build client relationships, and grow with the company.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Identify and approach potential customers (residential, commercial, industrial) Explain pest control service offerings and solutions to clients Conduct site visits and prepare quotations as per client requirements Follow up with prospects and convert leads into confirmed sales Maintain good relationships with existing clients for renewals and referrals Meet monthly sales targets and submit daily field reports

Requirements:

0-1 year of field sales or customer interaction experience (Freshers welcome) Must own a

bike

with valid driving license Good communication and negotiation skills Basic understanding of sales and customer service Willing to travel locally within Lucknow

Compensation:

Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 -
14,000 per month (based on profile) Performance Incentive: 5% of total confirmed sales Mobile and conveyance reimbursement provided
