Job Description

A Field Sales Executive drives revenue by visiting clients, generating leads, presenting products, and closing deals, focusing on territory management, building relationships, meeting targets, and providing customer satisfaction through in-person interactions and strategic sales activities. Key responsibilities include prospecting, pipeline management, delivering presentations, negotiating, providing reports, and staying updated on market trends, often requiring travel and self-motivation. Key Responsibilities

Prospecting & Lead Generation:

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in a specific territory, often through networking and cold calling.

Client Engagement:

Conduct face-to-face meetings, sales presentations, and product demonstrations with potential and existing customers.

Sales Execution:

Negotiate contracts, close deals, and manage the entire sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets.

Relationship Management:

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction.

Reporting & Strategy:

Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and analyze competitor strategies to refine sales approaches.

Market Awareness:

Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and new product/service developments.

Coordination:

Work with internal teams (marketing, operations) to ensure smooth service delivery to customers.
Essential Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience in field or outside sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong time management, organizational skills, and ability to work independently. Self-motivated, target-driven, and results-oriented. Familiarity with CRM software. Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
Typical Work Environment

Field-based, involving travel to client locations, retail stores, or trade shows. May involve working outside regular business hours.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
