We are seeking a dynamic and confident male professional who will be responsible for lead generation, business development, corporate sales closures, and client relationship management. This role involves 70% fieldwork (meeting clients, corporate decision-makers, and business heads) and 30% office work (planning, reporting, and online meetings). The ideal candidate will have a strong presence, leadership qualities, and the ability to confidently engage with CXOs, VPs, and other senior stakeholders of multinational companies.

Shift timings: 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM, Full-time job, Work from Office
Required skills:
CBSE/ICSE background preferred.
Only male candidates are required for this role.
The candidate must be a minimum height of 5.10 - 6 ft (good physique, confident body language).
Fluent English speaking with strong presentation skills is preferred.
Must be presentable, confident, and comfortable in wearing formal suits daily.
Strong sales, convincing, and negotiation skills.
Ability to engage, influence, and deal with senior corporate leaders.
Must have leadership qualities and the ability to take ownership, accountability, and responsibility for targets.
Mature, disciplined, and dedicated approach towards work.
Prior experience in business development, corporate sales, or client-facing roles is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in the corporate segment.
Conduct 121 meetings (online via Zoom & offline in the field) with potential clients.
Build, maintain, and grow strong professional relationships with decision-makers (VPs, CEOs, CXOs, HR heads, admin managers, etc.) of US-based and Indian companies.
Present and pitch corporate travel solutions effectively to clients.
Negotiate and finalize business contracts and sales closures.
Take complete ownership of the sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
Maintain detailed records of meetings, pipeline, and progress reports.
Represent the company in a professional and presentable manner (formal suits/coat pants are mandatory).
Ensure client satisfaction and long-term business retention.
