Role Overview:
We are looking for a driven
Field Sales Executive
to identify business opportunities, generate leads, and build lasting client relationships. The role involves on-field visits, market research, and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and approach potential customers through field visits, cold calls, and networking.
Generate new business and convert leads into successful sales.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business.
Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
Negotiate terms and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collect market insights and competitor updates to support business strategy.
Maintain accurate sales reports and update CRM records daily.
Requirements:
0-6 months of experience in
field sales, direct sales, or business development.
Experience in
courier, logistics, or supply chain services
will be a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and positive attitude toward rejection.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Basic knowledge of
MS Office or CRM tools
is preferred.
