We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to join our team in the

construction sector

. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building strong customer relationships, and promoting our construction-related products/services to meet sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and target new sales opportunities in the construction industry (e.g., contractors, builders, developers, architects). Conduct site visits to engage with prospective clients and understand their project requirements. Present and promote products/services to existing and prospective customers. Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in line with company policies. Maintain and grow strong relationships with key accounts to ensure repeat business. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., technical, logistics, finance) to ensure smooth project execution. Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to the sales manager. Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking meetings to generate leads and build brand awareness. Stay up to date with industry trends, product innovations, and market conditions.

Requirements:

Proven experience in field sales, preferably in the construction or building materials sector. Strong understanding of the construction sales cycle and procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and ability to work independently. Ability to travel extensively within the assigned region. Valid driver's license.
