About the Role:

We are looking for a

smart, confident, and talkative Marketing Executive

who can attract new clients and generate leads for our electrical panel business.

Technical knowledge is not mandatory

- we will provide basic training. The focus is on

talking to customers, generating interest, and closing deals

.

Key Skills Required

:

Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills Convincing and negotiation ability Confident in face-to-face & phone conversations Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, and Excel Goal-oriented mindset Willingness to visit clients and industrial areas (local travel) Owning a 2-wheeler

Main Responsibilities

:

Generate leads through cold calls, online platforms, references, and site visits Contact and follow up with potential clients (builders, industries, contractors, etc.) Explain company offerings in a clear and attractive way Schedule client meetings and site visits Coordinate with the technical team for pricing and quotations Build and maintain strong client relationships Achieve monthly sales targets and report progress

Performance Targets & Incentives

:

Minimum Monthly Sales Target: ?5,00,000 Base Salary: ?15,000 - ?35,000 (based on experience and communication skills) Incentives: Performance-based (More than ?5 Lakh = Additional Commission %) Petrol Allowance for field visits

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
