Job Overview:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven
Field Sales Executive
to join our sales team. This position involves direct engagement with banks and their branch managers to promote and sell our fintech and payment solutions. You will be responsible for both pursuing leads provided by partner banks and generating your own leads to meet monthly sales targets.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and relationship-building skills, an entrepreneurial mindset, and the ability to work independently to achieve sales goals.

Requirements:
Proven experience in field sales or B2B sales, preferably in fintech, payment solutions, or financial services.

Must be comfortable with both inbound leads provided by banks and generating your own leads.
