Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target
coaching classes, bookstores, and other relevant institutions
within the assigned territory.
Generate and pursue new business leads to
consistently achieve sales targets.
Build and maintain a
robust pipeline
of potential clients through lead generation, networking, and market outreach.
Conduct
market research
to understand industry trends, competition, and emerging business opportunities.
Develop and nurture strong
client relationships
through regular communication and timely follow-ups.
Understand client needs and propose
tailored product or service solutions
that align with their goals.
Act as a
trusted advisor
to clients, offering valuable insights and recommendations.
Provide
market feedback
to internal teams (Marketing, Product Development, etc.) to support continuous improvement.
Maintain
accurate and updated sales records
and generate regular performance reports.
Analyze sales data to
measure performance against targets
and implement strategies for improvement.
Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
--including Marketing, Customer Support, and Product Development--to ensure seamless client service.
Share best practices and insights with peers to foster a

Deliver
exceptional post-sales support
and promptly address client concerns or escalations.
Requirements:
Education:
Graduate degree in any discipline; preference for candidates with a degree in
Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields.
Experience:
2-5 years of experience in
business development, B2B sales, or client relationship management.
Industry Preference:
Open to all industries; experience in
Education, Publishing, or related sectors
will be an added advantage.
