Job Title: Field Sales Executive

Salary: ₹25,000 - ?30,000 per month

We are seeking a motivated and result-driven Field Sales Executive to join our team. The

role involves generating leads, building strong customer relationships, and driving

sales growth in the Panipat region.

Key Responsibilities:

? Identify and generate new leads through field visits, cold calls, and networking.

? Meet potential clients to present and promote company products/services.

? Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.

? Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

? Provide regular feedback and market insights to the management team.

? Maintain records of sales, client interactions, and follow-ups.

Requirements:

? 1-2 years of proven experience in field sales/business development.

? Strong communication and negotiation skills.

? Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.

? Familiar with the Panipat market/region.

? Two-wheeler with a valid driving license preferred.
