Job Title: Field Sales Executive - Yarn & Home Furnishing

Location: Panipat

Salary: ₹15,000 per month (Negotiable based on experience)

Experience: 2-3 Years

Qualification: Graduate (MBA Preferred)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to handle B2B sales for yarn, carpets, home

furnishing, and related products. The candidate will be responsible for meeting clients,

generating leads, maintaining relationships, and closing sales. This is a field-based role requiring

regular client visits in and around Panipat.

Key Responsibilities:


Generate and follow up on B2B leads through cold calls, direct visits, and strategic sales

efforts


Visit potential clients (dealers, wholesalers, exporters, manufacturers) and pitch

relevant products


Understand customer requirements and offer suitable solutions from the product range


Build and maintain long-term client relationships


Coordinate with internal teams for sampling, pricing, and timely delivery


Report on market feedback, competitor activity, and customer trends


Meet monthly sales targets and submit performance reports

Required Skills:


Sound knowledge of yarn, carpets, or home furnishing industry preferred


Strong selling, negotiation, and interpersonal skills


Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently


Good communication and client-facing ability


Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, WhatsApp, Email)
