Position: Field Sales Executive

Job Role:

Identify and onboard e-rickshaw and auto-rickshaw drivers for a leading mobility platform Assist drivers with registration and account activation on the platform Ensure each driver completes 10 trips within 5 days of onboarding Guide drivers on app usage and trip process Maintain daily reports and driver follow-up

Key Responsibilities:

Visit local stands, routes, and hubs to find drivers Help with app installation, KYC, DL/RC upload & activation Follow up to ensure trip completion targets are met Resolve onboarding/trip-related queries from drivers Share daily performance updates with the team

Eligibility:

Any sales or field recruitment experience is preferred Basic communication ability Smartphone is mandatory

Earnings & Incentives:

Fixed Salary + Travelling Allowances + Incentives + Mobile Allowance
