We are looking for a

hardcore, target-oriented Field Sales Executive

to join our growing team in Bhubaneswar. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a passion for sales, and a proactive attitude to drive business in the jewelry industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Visit potential clients/retailers/customers to promote jewelry products Generate leads, convert them into sales, and achieve monthly targets Maintain relationships with existing customers and ensure repeat business Understand market trends and competitor activity Submit daily reports on client visits, calls made, and sales achieved Participate in local exhibitions, promotions, and campaigns when required

Requirements:

Minimum qualification: 10th pass or above Prior field sales experience preferred (Jewelry/FMCG/Retail) Strong negotiation and communication skills Must own a smartphone; two-wheeler preferred Willingness to travel extensively within Bhubaneswar and nearby areas Highly self-motivated and target-driven
