Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven

Field Sales Executive

to actively seek out and engage customer prospects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for selling products/services directly to customers in the field, generating leads, closing sales, and maintaining customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify potential clients through field visits, cold calls, and networking. Present, promote, and sell products/services using solid arguments to prospective customers. Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships. Reach out to customer leads through in-person meetings and follow-up visits. Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule. Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments. Analyze market potential, track sales, and status reports. Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends. Continuously improve through feedback and training sessions.

Qualifications and Skills:

Proven work experience as a field sales executive or similar role. Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (if applicable). Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales. Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills. Prioritizing, time management, and organizational skills. Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs. Relationship management skills and openness to feedback. 12th pass and above
