We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Field Sales Executive to promote and sell our
JSJ Card
, a unique rewards and loyalty program designed to benefit local customers and merchants. You will be responsible for onboarding new vendors, educating customers, and increasing card sales across your assigned area.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail stores, salons, cafes, and local businesses to onboard them to the
JSJ Rewards Program
Educate merchants and customers about the benefits of JSJ Card
Drive card sales through field activities and door-to-door campaigns
Build strong relationships with vendors and ensure smooth activation of JSJ card services
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Collect customer and merchant feedback to improve service
Maintain records of leads, sales, and follow-ups
Represent the brand positively and professionally in the market
Requirements:
Minimum 6 months to 1 year of field sales experience (Fresher with good communication skills may also apply)
Strong communication and convincing skills
Self-motivated
Must own a smartphone and two-wheeler
Comfortable working on-ground and traveling across the city
Basic knowledge of rewards, loyalty, or card programs is a plus
