Role: Field Sales Executive
As a Field Sales Executive, you will drive sales, build strong B2B, and expand Nykaa's retail footprint in your assigned territory.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit retail outlets and salons to promote Nykaa products.
Achieve sales targets and ensure product placement in stores.
Educate retailers and beauty advisors on product features and benefits.
Collect market intelligence and share competitor insights.
Build and maintain strong business relationships with retailers.
Ensure timely reporting and proper stock availability.
Requirements:
Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (preferred).
Prior experience in FMCG / cosmetics / beauty industry sales (preferred).
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
Willingness to travel within assigned territory.
