We are looking for a dynamic and motivated

Field Sales Executive

to handle sales operations for our construction product range across the

North East region

. The role involves client visits, dealer/distributor management, and achieving sales targets through market expansion.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and onboard new dealers/distributors across the assigned states Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure smooth order delivery Conduct field visits, product demonstrations, and promotional campaigns Collect market feedback and report competitor activities Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

Requirements:

6 months to 2 years of field or product sales experience Good communication and negotiation skills Willingness to travel extensively across the North East

Local candidates from the North East region are not eligible

Compensation:

Salary: ₹20,000 - ?30,000 per month (based on experience) Additional benefits: Company-provided accommodation, TA, DA, and performance-based incentives
