About ShramIN: ShramIN is a technology-based online platform for hiring Blue/Grey Collar workers. We help in discovering and matching candidates\' skills and reduce the time-consuming recruitment process for businesses by using an intuitive algorithm and user-friendly features. We are hiring a Field Sales Executive to take over a mix of existing accounts and new sales territory. To excel in this role, you should be an active listener, have a compelling sales personality, and a hunger to chase and close new business from cold calls. Roles and Responsibilities:
- Responsible for new business development via prospecting target SME\'s.
- Meet and demonstrate the portal to prospective SME\'s.
- Maintain regular correspondence with key decision makers in prospective SME\'s.
- Identify and generate customer leads in various areas.
- Manage client relationships.
- Entirely B2B field sales.
- Customer focus and result-oriented approach.
- Quick thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Good active listening skills.
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales experience.
- Graduate candidate preferred.
- Two-wheeler and driving license required.
- Day shift
- Bachelor\'s (Preferred)
- Field sales: 2 years (Preferred)
