Job Summary:
We are looking for a motivated Field Sales Executive to expand our presence in the wholesaler and supplier segment of the FMCG market. The role involves building strong relationships with distributors, wholesalers, and bulk buyers, ensuring consistent product availability, and achieving monthly sales and collection targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Visit wholesalers, suppliers, and bulk buyers in assigned territories to generate sales.
Develop and maintain long-term business relationships with key FMCG channel partners.
Ensure product placement, visibility, and regular order generation from wholesale markets.
Achieve monthly sales, revenue, and collection targets. o Identify and appoint new distributors or channel partners where required.
Gather feedback on market trends, pricing, competitor products, and customer needs.
Coordinate with logistics and accounts teams for smooth delivery and payment follow-up.
Maintain daily sales visit reports and share updates with the Business Development Head.
Promote new product launches and schemes among wholesale partners.
