Key Responsibilities
Visit farmers, retailers, and distributors regularly to promote company products
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for the assigned territory
Build and maintain strong relationships with channel partners and farmers
Conduct field demonstrations, farmer meetings, and product awareness activities
Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach
Collect market feedback, competitor information, and customer insights
Ensure timely order booking, follow-ups, and payment collection
Maintain daily sales reports and submit updates to the reporting manager
Coordinate with internal teams for supply, delivery, and after-sales support
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree preferred (BSc Agriculture / MBA Agri Business will be an advantage)
0-5 years of experience in field/agriculture/industrial sales
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Willingness to travel extensively within the territory
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and disciplined
Basic knowledge of fertilizers, seeds, agri-inputs, or farm solutions is preferred
Ability to handle field operations independently
