Visko Group is seeking a dynamic and target-driven
Field Sales Executive
to expand our client base and promote our job portal services. The candidate will be responsible for acquiring new corporate clients, recruitment consultancies, and HR professionals by conducting
field visits
, presenting job portal solutions, and closing sales deals.
Key responsibilities include identifying prospective employers, scheduling and attending in-person meetings, explaining job posting and recruitment solutions, and converting leads into active clients. The Field Sales Executive will maintain strong relationships with existing customers, ensure timely renewals, and provide post-sales support to maximize client satisfaction. Regular market visits, competitor analysis, and reporting of daily sales activities are integral to the role.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. A strong understanding of B2B sales, HR services, or recruitment solutions is preferred. The candidate must be comfortable with fieldwork and meeting monthly sales targets. Prior experience in field sales, preferably in job portals, recruitment, or SaaS-based services, will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹9,243.75 - ₹28,020.21 per month
