Role Overview

We are hiring a dynamic and result-oriented

Field Sales Executive

for our Indore team. The candidate will promote our software solutions, generate leads, and build long-term client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and approach potential clients to generate business. Meet clients to understand their requirements and present solutions. Pitch products, explain USPs, and send proposals. Negotiate and close deals to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain relationships with existing and new clients. Collect and analyze sales data and prepare reports. Maintain a structured client database. Prepare presentations for client meetings. Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities. Regular follow-ups for conversions and revenue growth.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of experience in sales (Field Sales preferred). Strong communication in English, Hindi & local regional language. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated, target-driven, and professional attitude. Ability to learn quickly and adapt in a competitive environment. Passion for sales, client interaction & business development.

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?20,000 - ?30,000 per month

Travel Allowance:

?5,000 (with bills) Hotel Stay & DA (as per designation)
